i found the location fantastic, a tram stop sits right outside the front door. the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. the staff was lovely and helpful, and the concierge unpacked my boot and trolleyed up our luggage upon arrival, a very nice touch.
the in-room fridges are quite small though, and the coffee and tea bag replenishment was inconsistent.

My room included a comfortable king bed and nice bathroom amenities, offering a city view. I appreciated the availability to screencast netflix onto the tv once it connected properly.

The gym features modern equipment! a sundeck pool area adds to the experience. i found the location very convenient to everything. A tram stop is just outside. the new and clean environment really stood out for me.

the check-in staff was helpful and kind. i loved the welcome drink, it was a thoughtful touch. the availability of coffee at the bar until early evening enhanced my overall stay, it was perfect.
